I chose La Chapelle Notre-Dame du Haut because its complex architecture appealed to me. 1. Everyone has an idea of what a chapel looks like and what a bank looks like. Did the building you choose confirm what you expect from that type of building – bank or chapel? Or did itgo against your expectations? In either case, why? I used to have an idea that chapels must have Greek-style pillars with interior domes and vaults. This building is far beyond my idea of what an ideal chapel might look like.
